Have you seen Yale Alumni College?

Yale Alumni College has been a huge success -- people have loved it.  Here's more information about it for the upcoming Spring.

Keep an eye out -- this is going to expand a great deal over the coming year or so.  


Yale Alumni College – Final Reminder to Register for Spring 2014 Courses 
Reminder - The spring semester of Yale Alumni College begins the first week of March in New York, Greenwich and New Haven, and course registration is proceeding at a fast pace. Please complete your registration by Friday, February 21st, if you want to retain first priority on available space.

Course Information
In New York at the Yale Club of New York (50 Vanderbilt Ave)
Professor Gordon Turnbull’s seminar will be “The European Literary Tradition: Comic Drama.”
Classes will be on Mondays in New York 4:20 – 5:50 pm.
Professor Meir Kryger’s seminar will be on “The Mystery of Sleep.”
Classes will be on Mondays in New York 6:00 – 7:30 pm.
Professor Judith Malafronte's lecture course will be on “Shakespeare & Verdi.”
Classes will be on Mondays in New York 6:00 – 7:30 pm.
Professor Ted Marmor’s seminar will be on “America’s Misunderstood Welfare State: Myth, Reality, and Social Insurance.”
Classes will be on Mondays in New York 7:40 – 9:10 pm.
Professor Kieke Okma’s seminar will be on “America and the World: the World and America.”

Professor Traugott Lawler's seminar will be on Joyce’s “Ulysses.”
Classes will be on Tuesdays in New Haven 3:00 – 4:30 pm.
Professor John Stuart Gordon’s seminar will be on “The Artistry and Meaning of American Silver.”
Classes will be on Tuesdays in New Haven 4:40 – 6:10 pm.
Professor Stephen Latham’s seminar will be “Regulating Life: The Law of Bioethics from Before the Cradle to After the Grave.”
Classes will be on Wednesdays in New Haven 3:00 – 4:30 pm.
In Greenwich at the First Presbyterian Church (1 West Putnam Ave)
Professor Judith Malafronte's lecture course will be on “Opera in Cinema.”
The lectures will be on Tuesdays in Greenwich 7:00 – 8:30 pm.
Professor Ted Marmor and Doctor John Hughes will team teach a lecture on “The Health Care Crisis: How it arose, and what is to be done.”
The lectures will be on Wednesdays in Greenwich 7:00 – 8:30 pm.
